Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from the United States. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as international shipping times and costs may vary.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please allow a minimum of 5–8 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

International Orders – Food & Treats

Please note that we may experience difficulties delivering food and treat products to countries outside of the United States. This may be due to customs restrictions, import regulations, or carrier limitations specific to certain regions.

Customers ordering food or treat products for delivery outside of the United States do so at their own risk. We cannot guarantee successful delivery of these items internationally and are unable to accept responsibility for orders that are held, returned, or confiscated by customs.
